Which category do I deduct under?

Hey guys I'm going through my tax deductions from this year getting prepped for my schedule E, and I'm not sure what category some of things would be deducted under.

Or if I can deduct them at all?

-My Bigger Pockets Pro membership

-My Rental Inspections fee from the city

-Initial HELOC start up fees

Any help would be great, thanks guys!
