I need LLC docs for SDIRA - operating and subscription agreements

Please contact me if you know of a good resource to get the correct LLC docs (operating and subscription agreements) when I am using SDIRA funds for equity in a deal.

I am based in LA, so I prefer to work with someone with experience in LA/OC or at least California.

I spoke with a custodian and he mentioned that they review the LLC docs for compliance. I want to get the LLC docs correct the first time so I don't have to make edits and incur additional attorney fee's.
