Memorandum of Contract in Missouri
Do both the buyer and seller have to sign the Memorandum of Contract? As a wholesaler, I have heard of many other wholesalers pretending to be buyers just to undercut on price and steal the deal. I have a signed contract for purchase. While I'm looking for buyers, can I file a Memorandum of Contract WITHOUT the seller also signing?
