Buy property using an IRA
Is there anyway I can use my IRA to invest in “buy and hold” properties while creating income for today? I
From what I am seeing I can flip but potentially that would cost 40% as it would trigger UBIT. The other option I see is that I can buy but am unable to do any work myself etc.
Any other ways I’m not aware of?
Thanks in advance!
