Getting a house under contract on your own

Hi BP, I’m currently trying to figure out the process of getting a house under contract on my own (no agent). Let me know if I’m missing something here, but is it as simple as getting a a generic real estate contract deemed legal by the state and then lining up a title company once it’s signed? I’m savvy enough to fill out a contract and line up a title company, but other than that... am I missing something?
