Tax Blogging - What are your Tax Questions?

Hey All,

First time poster, avid podcast listener, and reader of everyone else's posts.

I am a young CPA with a focus on real estate and I have decided to take an initiative of researching  tax topics that real estate investors would like to know more about. That said if anybody drops a comment on a topic I will be sure to add it to my list of blogs to write and will begin dropping them into the tax section of the forums and submit them for the BP blog posts (once I take the time to figure out how to do that).

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

LOVE. THIS.

I'd love to see a typed out example of what one rental does to your tax bill.

W2 staying stagnant, factor in maybe a couple of trips to a market, a home office deduction, how does 2018 with a retnal compare to 2017 with no rental?
