Two different ROI Calculations

An investment I was in for the last five years just completed so I though I'd calculate my ROI and compare it to the investment sponsors calculation. Can anybody figure out why they are so different? Is one right and one wrong?

I simply put the cash flow in the Excel XIRR function, I don't see how they did it.
