Land Dispute Opportunity
We just recently bought a house that started as a single family house but now is attached via roof line to another house on the same plat. There is no HOA. But the land is common area even though there is a fence marking 2 distinct yards. If we discover that we have the rights to the land we are gonna try to sell them "his" portion of the yard and divide into two plats.
