What is the preferred way to pass acquired remakes estate to your children? Wills, living trusts, family limited partnerships? 

I am in the early growth stage in investing. With a young family, and want to get set up right. I will be seeking help from my lawyer, but want to go in with the right questions, and a general idea of what works for investors.
