Looking for a simple clause to allow short term renting on lease

Hey guys! Chicago Here! This is my 11th Rental for a short term rental/airbnb with a new landlord. I have great reviews, great landlord reviews, great cleaning crew, and everything is in automation mode. Landlords couldn't be happier, plus they love the extra rent of course. But now moving forward I want more than a simple letter or handshake. What should I add to the lease that "protects" me and the landlord a bit(for comfort) for short term leasing the unit? Does it have to be fancy? Does anyone have a good example of this I can look at/copy paste? Thanks guys! Love the forum and people so far! :D
