Seattle Business License?

Hello all, I own a home in Seattle, but am moving to another state and am planning to rent it out. Do I really need a business license? I'm not actually operating a business, just collecting rent on a single property, but perhaps that's splitting hairs... Thanks for any advice that anyone can offer.
