transferring title to LLC - PNC Bank ??
Called PNC Bank and inquired about their approval to transfer the title of the property to LLC for liability and asset protection purposes and advised that I shall remain liable for the loan. After extensive explanation, I was put on hold, the bank rep consulted with "help line" and advised they do not allow it. On my question "Why?" she answered "because we do not allow it". She refused to transfer me to anyone else pretending to be the competitive source of reliable information.
Was it me who didn't ask the question correctly or the rep who had no clue on what to ask their "help line" for?
