Back Payment Contingencies/Penalties
Hello Everyone,
I have a question about a seller-financed deal. If a seller has a tenant in a home and owes back payment in which we plan on paying to bring the loan current is there anything we can add to the agreement in terms of adding any contingencies or penalties to the payment amount such as interest to be paid to buyer for everyday the tenant doesn't move out after the closing date or any if the seller does not keep up his end of the deal.
