Sewer line runs through my property

I share my driveway with two other homeowners, I also have a town sewer line running through two parts of my property.

One portion runs through a driveway/easment which is shared with two other property owner. And the other portion runs along the edge of the yard.  I believe technically the town may own the portion of where the sewer line goes through but I maintain that area.

How can I Create an advantageous situation for myself in regards to the town. One though is to have the town resurface the road/driveway  with black top and also divert any water away from the house.

Any other suggestions??
