Sell a 2-yr LLC (no property owned) ?

I have a 1-member LLC that I was going to dissolve. It was formed appx 2 years ago, no property owned and no taxes owed.
Someone suggested I can sell it rather than dissolving and make a couple of dollars.
Any feedback on it from anyone?
