If I have an LLC in another state do I have to file a tax return for that state and the state the property is located?

I try to always put it to my home state which does not have a state income tax. There are state and local taxes that rental properties have to pay. Fla requires 7% sales tax on commercial rental property. 

@Michael Plante had a good suggestion but I put that on my accountant to figure it out.
