Need lawyers for wholesale deals in Staten Island ASAP

I have a ton of high equity deals In my pipeline to get under contract to assign (wholesale) to investors. I've heard (from a lawyer) the assignment contract has to be done by an attorney.  Is this correct? If so I need lawyers to work with that will take payment when I get paid at closing.  

Any guidance and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
