Foreign Qualify for tax liens purchase

Hello all,

I tried asking this in another part of the forum but perhaps it is not the right place to post it.

If i am buying tax lien certificates in many different states using a business entity, do I have to foreign qualify the business entity in every state I buy the liens in?

Hope to get some advise from the experts here.
