Need a Real Estate Attorney - Florida and Georgia Experience Must

Hello Legal Experts - Need a referral for an Attorney who handles FL and GA Real Estate transactions. 

- Need guidance around properties i own in GA, they are under a LLC but need help changing the address of the LLC to outside of GA if possible

- Purchasing new properties in FL through bank and need to make sure they can be transferred into LLC with right proptection from liability point of view

- Need guidance around landlord insurance / protection ... blanket policy or else
