Cockroach infestation question?!
I have a property that I can’t prove a tenant brought in a roach infestation. Their lease doesn’t state anything about the event of an infestation( all of my leases now do).
My question is, in the case of a cockroach treatment am I required to pay for their lodging for a night? They have a 2 month old baby which the local exterminator recommends 24 hours off the premises after treatment.
Am I required by law? I am in Onondaga county, New York.
