Investing 401k money
Hi all,
I was hoping someone could help me get a better understanding of using my 401k for real estate. I have money in a 401k from a previous job. Are there any options where I can use this money to buy a deal and do some of the work myself and keep the cash flow? The self directed IRAs I looked into sounded like I could not keep cash flow and would have to hire all the work and the solo 401k I looked into sounded like I could not also hold a full time job to use it. Any help understanding this better is greatly appreciated!
