Pointers on appealing property tax assessment

Afternoon BP Tribe! Looking for pointers from anyone who has successfully appealed an apartment complex property tax assessment. Current tax accessed value is >$1,500,000 and we purchased our property last year for $700,000. My first time to appeal a tax accessor's value. What pointers can you give me?
