purchase agreement for assignment contracts

Hi all, new to the business. I am in Kansas City area. (Missouri side)

I have my contracts and assignment addendum but wanted to see if anyone has or has access to what is called a purchase agreement for assignment contract. This allows for you to get paid your assignment fee before closing.
