Hey Carlos, if you are looking for CPA who specialized working with real estate investors he doesn't have to be local. There are many experienced guys here on BP who might be a good fit for you, most of them would work with you remotely. Talk to any of these guys @Steven Hamilton II, @Logan Allec, @Lance Lvovsky
