I’m looking for recommendations for a small business/real estate attorney and CPA. they don’t have to specifically specialize in real estate. I’m asking for a small business I have, but it would be great if they have experience with real estate in case I want to use them for that as well in the future. Thanks!

@Michael Plaks is your man for accounting and tax in Houston.  I would imagine he has references to good attorneys down there too.
