there are several excellent tax professionals who specialize working with real estate investors here on BiggerPockets. Most of them work with clients remotely so you don't necessarily need someone local, more important factor is that you work with an expert. Try @Brandon Hall or @Linda Weygant, both of them are regular contributors here.
