Need Help Fast!

I have a client who has a very large lawsuit who has been levied, and the judgement has gone against him. He owes $5 to the lawsuit and has $1 in equity in his home (numbers have been changed). He has no other assets.

This is in California.

The burning question is "Can the creditors force the sale of the house in order to recoup what is owed to them?"

What is the best action to take at this time?
