Looking for a CPA for advice by the hour

Looking for a CPA. I live in the Greenville, SC area but I don't necessarily need him/her to be local. I am specifically looking for someone who can give me advice and who will correspond with me via email and (to a lesser extent) phone for dollars. I get the sense that many of them just want to file my taxes. I thought I had found a good CPA (40-year guy) but he won't respond to my emails. He just sent me a bunch of forms for 2017 taxes (more arduous than filing myself). I file my own taxes and have for as long as I've paid them. I don't mind turning that over to someone as long as he'll correspond with me. But even the aforementioned accountant acknowledged that I'm well educated for a dumb engineer. He had no advice for me beyond what I knew from reading. I am very busy with my demanding but lucrative day job (60+ hours per week) and six kids and one hot wife (hence the six kids). I don't have time to "drop by" but I will pay well. Any takers? Any advice?
