Tax Season at The Colony TXs

I am new in the Colony Texas area and I am in need of a good accountant with a real state background. One of my investor properties was rented and now sold. Since I dont know how to correctly file my taxes, I need to hire an accountant that does. But I would love to hear from this community if you know or can share the info of your trusted accountant.   Cheers!

When did you purchase the property? How confident that you calculated your basis correctly(assuming you purchased the property before 2017). You may want to have the accountant you hire to review the calculated basis.

Colony Texas is near Dallas and Fort Worth. If you can't find an accountant familiar with real estate in Colony - you may want to expand your research to Dallas & Fort Worth.
