Good Real Estate Accountant/Lawyer in NYC

I'm just getting started in real estate investing, and I'm based in New York City.  I'll probably be doing most of my investing activities out of state; however, I'd love to get a great accountant and/or lawyer to help me get set up with the right legal entities, banking, etc. so I can get started.

Anyone have good recommendations?  Or, even if you use someone out of state but you're based in NYC, I'd love to hear from you too.
