Self Directed IRA - Attorney Referral in Florida

Hi BP members! 

I have a self directed IRA with one rental property. I am looking for a second property now to buy within the IRA. I need to find a Florida attorney familiar with self directed IRAs to assist me in creating a LLC for the self directed IRA so I can obtain checkbook control. I live in the Orlando area, but any Florida attorney knowledgeable in self- directed IRAs would do. Thank you for the referrals!

Self-directed IRA LLC is a niche that most attorneys are not familiar with. So when it comes to selecting an expert to help you with this, location is not of the high importance. There are several providers of of this service here on BiggerPockets including myself so I suggest you do a little search, look for the recommendations of other investors who've done the same thing, review references, narrow your search down to 2-3 providers and then interview/consult with them. This will help you make the right choice.
