Is the ESA/ Coverdell still available?

I have heard conflicting reports. Does anyone know if the ESA/Coverdell was removed from the new tax bill and will still be valid in 2018? From what I understand, it looks like the senate revised the tax bill to make the Coverdell still available after the new year.
