Can I move my rental property into a solo 401k?
I currently own a rental home. Is there a way to move it into a solo 401k?

Actually, there just is no way to accomplish what you are looking at doing. IRS rules prohibit any transaction between you and your retirement plan. The only means to make contributions to a retirement plan is with cash, with set limits. You may not make contributions in-kind.
