Land Trust Issue

I purchased a home subject 2 in a land trust. There has been alot of problems with the deal. To many to mention. My attorney has ensured me no fraud has been commited. Just a difference of opinion and interpretation of the agreements that were signed at closing with our attorney

Regardless, the seller is attempting to sue or settle. I am the Trustee and the only item in the Land Trust is the home.

Any thoughts or feedback would be very much appreciated.
