Short Sale Lawsuit?
Long story short - A real estate agent wants to work with me in flipping short sales, but his broker won't allow him to ONLY because they feel that there is potential of a lawsuit against them if the original homeowner finds out that I as the investor made a bunch of money after I sold their house. Even with clear cut disclosures and addenda where it is stated that it is my intention to re-sell immediately for a profit.
Are his brokers crazy or could this actually pan out in a courtroom?
