Looking for Attorney - Westchester NY

Hi can anyone recommend a real estate (RE) attorney in New York (Preferably Westchester NY) that is experienced working with RE investors? I find it that most RE attorneys are more used to the standard transactions but not things like wholesaling / setting up passive investments / Liens / Notes, etc.

We have plenty of attorneys that tell us "What we can't do" but we want one that will tell us "What we can do".
