Licensed by FINRA? Reporting Outside Business Activity.

Greeting BP Members,

Is anyone out there actively investing in real estate while licensed by FINRA for their day job?  Have you had any issues with your employer or FINRA when reporting the Outside Business Activity? I have my Series 7 and 63 (need it for my job), and am legally required to report any investing I do - whether public or private. Just wondering how other members are handling this. I would like to purchase something in next few months, but do not want to jeopardize my position with my current employer. Thank you
