setting up an IRA owned LLC

I received a list from my SDIRA custodian of contacts that can correctly set up the IRA owned LLC.

Any experience or comment on IRAvillage?  this is like half of the cost and I don't believe there would be any difference.

Also, I've received mixed comments about these fees...some say fees can be paid by me directly (outside the IRA) but others say fees MUST be paid by the IRA..it is not a lot of money but I'd rather keep as much as I can for investment so unless this puts me at risk, I'd rather pay out of pocket.

Thoughts on either or both? Thanks, b
