Dual licensing question
I am currently working at a Mortgage company as a licensed MLO in all 50 states. I know there are some laws against having dual licensing as an MLO and a Real Estate license. For someone like me who wants to invest for the purposes of flipping, renting, passive income in Pennsylvania while maintaining that 9-5, what are some possible drawbacks and legal implications, if any?
