Partnership Agreement Info
In a Partnership, what is the going percentage split between someone who is financing the deal and the one who does the repairs and all the leg work ? Thanks for you responses.

Everything is negotiable-but a rule of thumb is 50/50. As a relationship changes so may the percentages. Always consider borrowing the money at an interest rate vs providing equity/ownership and see what works best for all. Experience, past performance, exit strategy, credit history, who finds the deal, etc all play into the equation. I hope this helps.
