Hi! Yesterday I closed on my second single family home investment this year and I'd love to buy one more in 2017. I could really use some advice about organizing my finances for tax efficiency and best processes for funding another purchase. Can anyone recommend a tax strategist/CPA familiar with real estate investing to work with a small time investor like me? Thanks!
