Need an Attorney to help w/ LLC Opinion letter for SDIRA

I have my SDIRA with New Directions IRA, Inc. based in CO. In order for the custodian to approve the LLC for the SDIRA I need to get an Attorney Opinion Letter, in addition the organizational docs. The attorney letter must affirm that according to IRA SSC 4975, the funding of the (business entity) structure does not constitute a prohibited transaction.

I need help finding a lawyer that can help me setup the LLC AND provide me an opinion letter. All suggestions and advice would be appreciated!
