1 or 2 page purchase contract

I've tried doing searches for some contracts people use to do their wholesaling deals but I haven't really come up with anything. I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind letting me see their 1 or 2 page purchase contract so that I have an idea of what I need to include in mine when I go to speak to my real estate attorney. I have a 2 page contract from some website but it doesn't have the escape clauses needed for wholesaling. If anyone could share please PM me or reply! Thanks in advance.
