Sales Taxes on Repair Supplies?

My wife and I have just purchased our first rental property. We have an LLC and an EIN number. We are going to be making some repairs to the house. I've been doing internet research for over an hour and I'm having a surprisingly difficult time finding the answer to what I think should be a really easy question.

Do we have to pay sales tax at someplace like Lowe's or Home Depot when we buy things like closet doors, switch plates, and appliances for our rentals? What about things like computers and office supplies?

Thanks!
