Investing with husband, his colleague, and my self directed IRA?
Hi Everyone,
I've been looking for creative ways to finance my first deal. That's when I stumbled upon self directed IRA's. I want to invest on a property using my SDIRA and money from my husband's LLC (he has one with me and looking to form another with a colleague). Is this possible to do (partner with either LLC)? Or would this be considered a prohibited transaction since he's my husband?
Appreciate any advice on this!
Thanks,
Pallas
