Hello all,

I am just reaching out to the BP community to ask if you have any RE Attorney to recommend that has experience in representing/creating Partnership/LLC structures within the state of NJ New Jersey?

I ask because I am in multiple discussions with people I have meet through BP, network, and other areas and at the end of the day I require legal council to represent me.

For the purpose of anyone else in the future who might come across this through google, could you also state why you recommend this person/firm?
