Taxes and 401K following sale of commerical property

We have owned the commercial property for 6 years and are ready to sell. After depreciation recapture, we expect to show a profit. Is the profit over the depreciated value or over the original value? The property was in the name of a one member LLC. Can the owner put money in individual 401 K
