ISO RE Attorney w/ Subject to, Lease Option, Seller Finance Exp.

Hi. I'm new to wholesaling, lease purchase, subject to, etc... and I'm looking for an attorney that has experience with such.  I'm in Southern Illinois and would prefer someone local or at least in the state of Illinois.  I'm looking for contracts for such and disclaimers to protect my end of these deals.
