Finding, buying, renting and land-lording I'm great at. Paperwork.... clueless. I have 4 rentals and about to get my 5th on Friday. The 5th is 50/50 with a partner. All 5 in one year. Do I go to incorporate.com, form an LLC, then somehow put all these houses including the partnership within that LLC? Do I need a separate LLC for partnerships/vacation rentals/long term rentals or can it all be done within the same LLC? I plan to grow my business in the short term with more vacation rentals. Long term I'd love some small hotels and some multi family. Go easy on me I got kicked out of college. Thanks so much!
