Power of Attorney Contract

Myself and my mother have agreed to let me handle her land property. We have gone over different ways to legally grant me the right to make decisions on what happens with the property but she still be the rightful owner. Basically what Im looking for is a way to make this legal. Would getting a Power of Attorney Contract give me the ability to make decision regarding the land while she is still the rightful owner and any profits made from the property go directly to her?

If so would anyone be able to point me in the right direction to finding a "generic" Power of attorney contract? If there's some type of Power of attorney contract for land already made through bigger pockets that's legit would anyone mind sending me the link?

@Trevor S Foster There are likely forms online that may or may not work but an actual real estate attorney can draft one for very little money. They generally cost me $100-150 at most. If your intent is to sell the land at some point you'll likely need an attorney anyways so might as well find one that can handle the entire process as required.  A small amount of money spent in the right place now can save you thousands down the road.
